The return policy is 7 calendar days after receipt of merchandise. After 7 days, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to return the product, it must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To return it, please present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us by e-mail for further instructions or if you have any questions.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your merchandise for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase within a few days.

Delayed or unreceived refund (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods on offer (where applicable)
In case of a refund for merchandise on offer, it will be made based on the price corresponding at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only exchange products that come defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an e-mail.

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund freight. If you receive a refund, the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the return freight time may vary.

If you are shipping a high-value product, consider hiring a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
